Hope Cooper, 67, of Wilmington, Ohio died 6:56 AM, Friday, May 1, 2015 at Bethesda North Hospital. Her husband, Bob Cooper, survives. Mrs. Cooper was born January 31, 1948 in Clinton County, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Carter Weaver. She was a graduate of Clinton Massie High School and attended Wilmington College. She owned and operated Weaver's Janitorial Service and Supplies. She was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church and served on committees for the United Way and the Clinton County Homeless Shelter. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Cooper is survived by two sons, Robert S.E. Cooper of Columbus, Ohio and Allen Cooper of Wilmington, Ohio; two brothers, Charlie (Soundra) Weaver of Wilmington, Ohio and Jesse (Vicki) Weaver of New Vienna, Ohio; two sisters, Margaret (Randolph) Woodard of Oakland, California and Phala Weaver of Wilmington, Ohio; four grandchildren, Robert S.E. Cooper Jr., Gavin Cole Cooper, Alana Cooper, and Xavier Cooper; special daughters-in-laws, Chasity and Summer; as well as a host of family and friends. In addition to her parents, a son, Maine Cooper, and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Cooper, are preceded in death. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
