LINDA CROGHAN

Linda Croghan, 75, of New Vienna, Ohio passed away Monday, October 9, 2017 at Clinton Memorial Hospital. Linda was born August 29, 1942 in Clinton County, Ohio, daughter of the late John and Glenda Hockett Croghan. She was a graduate of New Vienna High School. Linda had worked at OKT, International Paper, and eventually retired from Hood Packaging. She was a member of the New Vienna United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed reading, attending Bible studies, going on vacation to Gatlinburg, and getting her hair done every week. She loved her cat and spending time with her family. Linda was also a longtime volunteer for the New Vienna Life Squad. Linda is survived by her special nephew, Kevin (Judy) Croghan, her great nieces and great nephews, Tim Croghan, Tausha Young, Janielle Runyon, David McCord, and Nicholas McCord; special friends, Lynn McMahan and Linda Reed; and her cat Junior. In addition to her parents, a brother and sister-in-law, John "Jack" and Wilma Croghan, and a sister, Chiquita Croghan, are preceded in death. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the New Vienna United Methodist Church, 11576 State Route 28 West, New Vienna, Ohio with Dr. John Allen officiating. Burial will be in New Vienna I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the New Vienna United Methodist Church.
