TREVA DEATHERAGE

Treva Deatherage, 69, of Wilmington, Ohio died 2:15 AM, Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at Hospice of Cincinnati. Her husband, Johnnie Deatherage, survives. They were married May 12, 1962. Mrs. Deatherage was born March 19, 1941, in Breathitt County, Kentucky, daughter of Robert and Letha Combs Anderson of Lexington, Ky. She was a homemaker but also worked for several years at Wilmington College. She was a member of the Sligo Baptist Church, where she served as the church secretary for many years. Spending time with her grandchildren was her true pleasure in life. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Deatherage is survived by a son, John R. (Lynn) Deatherage of Clarksville, Ohio; a daughter, Tricia (Stephen) Pauley of Maineville, Ohio; a brother, Robert Anderson Jr. of Miamisburg, Ohio; a sister, Deborah Anderson of Lexington, Kentucky.; and four grandchildren, Erin Deatherage, Jill Deatherage, Kelly Deatherage, and Harrison Pauley. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Sligo Baptist Church, 249 S. Beechgrove Road, Wilmington, Ohio with Jim Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Edwardsville Cemetery. Friends may call from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Sligo Baptist Church.
