CAROLYN REED Obituary

Carolyn Reed, 74, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio. Her husband, Bill Reed, preceded her in death in 2001. Mrs. Reed was born April 5, 1944 in Wilmington, Ohio, daughter of the late Floyd and Louise Swingley Purcell. Mrs. Reed retired from Clinton Memorial Hospital where she had worked as a support tech. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington. Mrs. Reed is survived by a daughter, Dawn (Steven) Kenney of Sabina, Ohio; two sons, Douglas Reed of Sabina, Ohio and Denny (Lesley) Reed of Lynchburg, Ohio; a brother, Ronald Purcell; six grandchildren, Brandon Reed, Brad Reed, Blair Kenney, Brittany Kenney, Taylor DeWitt, and Nicolas Penwell; and eight great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
