MARY McMILLAN

Mary McMillan, 93, of New Vienna, Ohio died 7:00 AM, Friday, November 6, 2015 at her residence. Her husband, W. Thomas McMillan, preceded her in death November 27, 1980. They were married March 7, 1943. Mrs. McMillan was born November 16, 1921 in Westboro, Ohio, daughter of the late Roy and Gladys Myers Crosley. She was a 1939 graduate of Jefferson Township High School. She also graduated from Moler Beauty School in Cincinnati. After graduation, she worked in various beauty shops. She then owned and operated Snow Hill Beauty Shop from 1957 - 1992. Mrs. McMillan is survived by two sons, David (Cheryl) McMillan of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and Kirk (Robyn) McMillan of New Vienna, Ohio; a daughter, Susan (Walter) Ferguson of Sabina, Ohio; a sister, Joyce (Jim) Barker of Midland, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Spencer McMillan, Linda (Kyle) Whited, Sarah (Darrin) Ladd, Rachel McMillan, Lydia McMillan, Travis (Lora) Ferguson, Bethann (Justin) Davidson, Brett McMillan, Cory Penquite, and Kelly Penquite; five great grandchildren, Logan Ferguson, Lane Ferguson, Millan Ladd, Madelyn Ladd, Beau Davidson, and Casey Davidson; numerous nieces and nephews; and her dog, Tiny. In addition to her husband and parents, a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas L. McMillan and Mary Ellen McMillan, a sister, Ruth Walker, and four brothers, Harold Crosley, John Crosley, Willard Crosley, Neil Crosley, are preceded in death. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the L. Eugene Smith & Son Funeral Home, 64 S. South Street, New Vienna, Ohio with Rev. Ray Storer & Pastor Cindy Johnston officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio. Friends may call from 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the L.
