Ronald Clabo, 64, of Hillsboro, Ohio passed away March 22, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Clabo was born December 5, 1954 in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Clyde and Emmalee Breeden Clabo. He was a graduate of Clinton Massie High School. Mr. Clabo served in the U.S. Army for 18 years. After his military career he did construction work. He was a member of the VFW and the Eagles in Highland County. Mr. Clabo is survived by a son, John Clyde Clabo of Amelia, Ohio; a sister and brother-in-law, Clida and Charles Mahaffey of Lebanon, Ohio; a sister-in-law, Sherri Clabo of Clarksville, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jonathan Clabo and Mercedes Clabo; as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. In addition to his parents, a brother, Donald Clabo, is preceded in death. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, March 28, 2019 in Clarksville Cemetery. Military honors will be conducted at the cemetery by the American Legion Post 49 Honor Guard.
