Kenneth M. Robinson, 83, of Miamisburg, Ohio (formerly of Jamestown, Ohio) died 11:28 PM, Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Elmcroft at Washington Township, Miamisburg, Ohio. Mr. Robinson was born August 31, 1927 in Illinois, son of the late Charles Edward Robinson and Mary Etta Stephenson Robinson. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from General Motors in Dayton, Ohio. He enjoyed hunting and gardening.
Mr. Robinson is survived by two sons, Lonnie (Debbie) Michaelson of Atlanta, Georgia and Kenneth E. (Brenda) Robinson of Springboro, Ohio; three brothers, M. Gordon (Dottie) Robinson of Florida, Charles Robinson of Kentucky, and Ray (Carol) Robinson of Martinsville, Ohio; three sisters, Evelyn Michaelson of Springfield, Ohio, Mildred Lee of Xenia, Ohio, and Mary Williams of Springfield, Ohio; a grandson, Sean (Margo) Michaelson; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, three brothers, Carl Robinson, Homer Robinson, and Gail Robinson, and a sister, June Foster, are preceded in death.
Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, March 19, 2011 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Port William, Ohio. Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, Saturday, March 19, 2011 at the Reynolds-Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
